Overview
Your Strawman
As a child you have had an imaginary friend. You may be surprised to learn that evidence exists that you have a make-believe twin from the time your mother and father permitted a birth certificate to be filed on you. This make-believe friend is not real, but artificial. It is a strawman, and artificial entity that has your name in all capital letters.
The definition of a straw man in Black's Law Dictionary Sixth Edition is: "a front; a third party who is put up in name only to take part in a transaction". Another definition for straw man is found in the Barron’s Law Dictionary Third Edition, wherein it states "the term is also used in a commercial and property context when they transfer is made to a party, simply for the purpose of re-transferring to the transferor in order to accomplish some purpose not otherwise permitted".
So, in layman's terms, what is a straw man? The strawman is an artificial person created by way of the registration of the application for the Birth Certificate. The name of the straw man is in your name and ALL CAPITAL LETTERS or you'll notice that the inscription on the Birth Certificate is your name and all capital letters. The English language has precise rules of grammar that make no provision for writing proper nouns and all capital letters. Or to say the different way, and your name spelled with all capital letters is a fictitious name. Your name and all capital letters is a trade name and it's how you do business.
The definition of person in Black's Law Dictionary Seventh Edition 1. A human being. 2 rights as a human being. An entity (such as a corporation) and is recognized by law as having the same rights and duties of a human being". Or something that is treated as a human being as a matter of law but it is not a human being but a legal fiction. The maxim of law states "the creator is sovereign over that which it creates". So when the state purports to rule over someone they are actually really exerting its influence over the strawman legal fiction and not the real man.
Since you in the straw man are two separate legal entities even though you may share a similar name you have an ability to contract with the separate legal entity. On the basis of this contract if the straw man as a separate legal entity owes or will owe you money in the future you have a right to place a lien upon that separate legal entity, and any property that separate legal entity may own, in order to ensure that you get any amount you coming to you. Hence the use of the UCC-1 financing statement, thus, creating a lien against the assets of the straw man.
